An Opportunity Arises

As the COVID-19 Pandemic era neared its end, a major topic of discussion formed around the newly developed MRNA Vaccine technology.

Using the same creative principles as the previous year, the Vaccine Package was intended to look as authentic to real materials as possible. Using the CDC’s publicly available stylesheet, a faux Vaccination Card was developed, complete with edited logos and parody disclaimers

The hysteria surrounding Vaccines proved ample fodder for the creative process, and the concept for the most ridiculous vaccine possible was easily developed.

Making it Real

Great care was taken to imitate Heinz’s aesthetic style, from font choice to slogans. The above stickers were attached to the physical “vaccines”, oral syringes loaded with Ketchup and Mustard.
